Each Contractor AI Visibility Audit is prepared specifically for one business. This policy explains when an order may be cancelled or refunded.
Before work begins
You may request a full refund before we begin researching or preparing your Visibility Action Pack. Email hello@contractoraicheck.com as soon as possible with the purchaser’s email address and business name.
After work begins
Once customized research or Action Pack preparation has begun, the order is generally non-refundable. If we have not yet completed the work, we may consider a partial refund based on the work already performed. This does not limit any refund or cancellation right that applies under law.
Late or incomplete delivery
Our normal delivery target is three business days after receiving successful payment and a complete questionnaire. If information is missing, the delivery period begins when we receive what is needed. If we cannot provide the purchased service, we will offer a correction, replacement service or refund, as appropriate.
Corrections
If your Action Pack contains a material factual error based on the information available when it was prepared, contact us within seven days of delivery. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct the affected material at no additional charge. Differences in AI answers or later changes in online information are not factual errors.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times are outside our control. Contact hello@contractoraicheck.com with any concern so we can review it promptly.
