These Terms govern purchases and use of the Contractor AI Visibility Audit provided by 2455227 Ontario Inc., operating as Contractor AI Check. By purchasing or submitting the questionnaire, you agree to these Terms.
The service
The Visibility Action Pack is a customized, point-in-time analysis and content package for one business and one primary service area using the information you provide and information available to us. It may include selected visibility tests, competitor observations, website copy, profile content, templates, structured-data guidance, listing corrections and a prioritized improvement plan. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, initial delivery is by email within three business days after we receive both successful payment and a complete questionnaire.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are authorized to purchase for and submit information about the business, and that the information you provide is accurate. You must not submit confidential third-party information, passwords, unlawful content or information you are not authorized to share.
AI and results disclaimer
AI-generated answers can change based on platform, model, location, wording, personalization and date. Our tests are samples, not continuous or exhaustive monitoring. The Action Pack provides general business and marketing information, not legal, financial, tax or professional advice. You must verify business facts before publishing supplied materials. We do not guarantee rankings, AI mentions, leads, sales, revenue or any particular outcome.
Payment and taxes
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes will be charged when legally required. You are responsible for any other taxes or charges applicable to your purchase.
Refunds and changes
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Because the Action Pack is customized, please check your information before submitting it. We may request clarification and may adjust delivery timing if required information is incomplete.
Acceptable use and ownership
You may use and adapt the delivered business-specific copy, templates and technical guidance for your own business purposes. We retain ownership of our methods, service templates, branding and underlying materials. You may not resell the Action Pack as a service, reverse engineer our system or use the service unlawfully. Your business information and trademarks remain yours.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contractor AI Check and 2455227 Ontario Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or decisions made based on the Action Pack. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, suspension and governing law
We may refuse or cancel an order that is unlawful, abusive, outside our service scope or affected by an obvious pricing error; if we cancel before delivery, we will refund the amount paid. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. We may update these Terms for future orders by posting a revised date.
